The Ecogreen Tank Monitor with Ceramic Pressure Sensor is for caustics, acids and other liquids that would react poorly with a standard stainless steel sensor.
The Ecogreen Tank Monitor with External Pressure Sensor is for sensing tank level without actually putting a sensor in the tank. It screws into the tank's drain pipe.
The Ecogreen Tank Monitor with Ceramic Sensor is suitable for liquids such as Sodium Hypochlorite, often used in swimming pools and Sulfuric Acid, often used in agriculture. As a side note, although they commonly require special tank hardware, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (urea), Methanol and Ethanol can be monitored by the standard Ecogreen Tank Monitor. See stationary tanks and jobsite tanks for sensor technology details.
